By using AIKL, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
AIKL provides AI video, image, music and text generation. Users purchase credits, enter a text prompt, and AI models generate the content, which can be previewed in-browser and downloaded.
2. Payment & Credits
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. If a generation task fails, the deducted credits are automatically refunded. Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase; unused credits will automatically expire after this period with no compensation.
3. Content Policy (NSFW Prohibition)
It is strictly prohibited to use AIKL to generate any adult content, pornography, sexual suggestiveness, sexualized content involving minors, violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or infringing content. Violations result in immediate account ban, credit forfeiture with no refund. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness of generation results. Users bear full responsibility for their use of generated content.
5. Accounts
You must register and safeguard your own credentials. Account sharing is prohibited. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials.
6. Independent Platform Statement
This platform is an independent product built on top of third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or restricted to any specific AI model provider. We provide generation services through our own interface that calls third-party AI models, and no affiliation, authorization, or endorsement relationship with any model provider is implied.
7. Service Availability & Changes
The service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, failures, or third-party dependencies, and we are not liable for resulting losses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the service at any time, including adjusting credit prices, model support, and feature scope. Material changes will be announced on the website in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property of AI-generated content is determined by applicable law. We do not claim ownership of generated content. You warrant that your input prompts and uploaded materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and you are solely responsible for any disputes arising from your input. You grant AIKL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, improve, and provide the service.
9. Indemnification & Liability Cap
You agree to indemnify and hold AIKL harmless from any claims by third parties arising from your breach of these terms, generation of infringing content, or improper use, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to AIKL.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or via email in advance.
11. Data Backup
We do not guarantee permanent storage of user-generated content. Users should back up important content themselves. We are not liable for content loss due to system failures, maintenance, or service termination.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the operator's domicile.
