By using AIKL, you agree to follow these usage rules.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use AIKL to generate: adult content, pornography, sexual suggestiveness or sexualized content; sexualized or exploitative content involving minors; violence, gore, hate speech; instructions for illegal activities; copyright or trademark infringing content; defamatory, harassing or threatening content; false identity or misleading information.

2. Content Moderation

Every submitted prompt is safety-screened before generation. Violating prompts are rejected and do not enter the generation pipeline. We reserve the right to review generated outputs after the fact and remove violating content.

3. Enforcement

Violations result in: prompt rejection, content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, credit forfeiture without refund, and where necessary, reporting to law enforcement.

4. Relationship to Terms

This policy supplements the Terms of Service and has equal force.
